Service Development Manager
The Service Development Manager is responsible for building NANSA’s core business of delivering great services that meet the needs and aspirations of people with disabilities in Norfolk. As we are growing and expanding, the SD Manager will drive initiatives that create new opportunities for service users across the county. This includes developing and managing relationships with partner agencies across all sectors and ensuring that sufficient appropriate referrals come in to the organisation, ensuring efficient processing of referrals in and out of the organisation, developing new services to meet demand, and managing our successful Train & Trade service which helps people move towards gaining employment.

Salary: £28,956 - £30,740

Charity Trading Manager
The Charity Trading Manager (CTM) is responsible for leading and developing NANSA’s retail and trading department. They deliver a strong source of sustainable income for the charity by achieving outstanding customer service and high operational standards. The CTM sets the strategic direction, develops and implements business plans in line with NANSA’s overall strategy. They provide excellent leadership, identify opportunities and drive initiatives to improve profitability; they set budgets with the CEO and Finance Manager, and report regularly against targets.

Salary: £28,956 - £30,740

Youth and Transition Services Session Worker
Children & Young People’s Services Department
We are currently recruiting energetic, committed, capable people to support the delivery of our range of projects supporting children and young people with disabilities.

Youth & Transition Services Session Worker
The Sessional Worker provides support to young people in Norfolk aged 11 - 25 with severe physical/learning disabilities or complex additional support needs who are accessing our services. The Sessional Worker ensures that the young people can fully participate in a programme of activities through encouragement, direct assistance as needed, and supporting them to develop key skills which will enable them to confidently undertake the key transitions through to adult life.

Working hours: 79 Sessions per year, 6 hours per session (9.30-3.30)
Termtime = Saturdays (6hrs)
Holidays = Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (6hrs each)
Plus 4 days per annum training (6hrs)

Salary: £16,271-£17,053 (pro rata)

Transition Services Session Worker
The Sessional Worker provides support to young people in Norfolk aged 18 - 25 with physical/learning disabilities or additional support needs who are accessing the NANSA Connect and NANSA Fusion projects. The Sessional Worker ensures that the young people can fully participate in a programme of activities through encouragement, direct assistance as needed, and supporting them to develop key skills which will enable them to confidently undertake the key transitions through to adult life.

Working hours: 64 Sessions per year, 6 hours per session (9.30-3.30)
Term Time : Second and Fourth Saturdays of each month
School Holidays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Salary: £16,271-£17,053 (pro rata)

Senior Fundraiser
£26,175 - £28,119 (Full-time)

Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you an experienced trusts fundraiser with the ability to secure substantial funding? Would you like to work for a great organisation making a real difference to the lives of children, young people and adults with disabilities?

NANSA is a Norfolk based charity seeking someone who has a high level of organisational skills, with a track record of producing successful funding bids and securing major donations. You will be passionate about achieving great results to support our excellent projects and services and will be a strong team player.

This is an exciting time to join NANSA and help drive our fundraising strategy forward to ensure the charity’s long term financial stability. You will have the professional experience to lead on our trusts fundraising, build relationships with funders and donors, and establish and manage effective fundraising systems and processes.

This is a full time position of 35 hours per week which includes occasional evenings and weekends. The salary range is £26,172 - £28,119.

Adult Services Bank Support Worker
Flexible hours £7.69 per hour

The Support Worker is a frontline role working directly with clients as part of a team. The Support Worker enables clients to participate in a comprehensive programme of educational, vocational, outreach, leisure and creative activities, and encourages and promotes independence. The nature of the work is very varied, and includes assisting with personal and dietary care, dealing with challenging behaviour, and offering 1:1 support as appropriate. Bank staff have flexible contracts and work as agreed between NANSA and the individual, to cover staff absences and additional times of need.
