Fundraising Officer

More about the job:
The Fundraising Officer (FO) plays a crucial role in securing income that allows NANSA to deliver the services that make a real difference to the lives of people with disabilities. Very much a team player with outstanding communication skills, they work across the organisation to understand the services and ensure that potential funders have a persuasive argument to support the work we do. The FO leads on appeals and trust funding applications, supports the development and delivery of a portfolio of income streams (including corporate partners, major donors, individual giving and legacies), and leads on community fundraising. They will build and lead strong local networks of fundraising volunteers across Norfolk, and work with the Marketing & Communications Officer to engage local communities to support NANSA.

Hours of work: Any full time and part time hours considered. Occasional evening and weekends may be required.
Rate of pay: £19,656 FTE (£10.80 per hour)

Adult Services Bank Support Worker
Flexible hours £7.69 per hour

The Support Worker is a frontline role working directly with clients as part of a team. The Support Worker enables clients to participate in a comprehensive programme of educational, vocational, outreach, leisure and creative activities, and encourages and promotes independence. The nature of the work is very varied, and includes assisting with personal and dietary care, dealing with challenging behaviour, and offering 1:1 support as appropriate. Bank staff have flexible contracts and work as agreed between NANSA and the individual, to cover staff absences and additional times of need.
