Development Coach
NANSA is an excellent charity providing services for children and adults with disabilities in the county of Norfolk. We have an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Development Coach.

The Development Coach plays a pivotal role in supporting adults with disabilities along their journey to increased independence and potential employment. Working across various sites they support individual service users to achieve vocational qualifications under our ‘Train & Trade’ scheme, coaching and guiding them to improve their work-related skills, applications and interview techniques. They also assist adults accessing our Supported Volunteering Programme to ensure they are gaining skills, experience and confidence; and those moving on to employment, to ensure that service users have a fully supported transition. The Development Coach works closely with others across the organisation (including Retail Supervisors) to give adults with disabilities a fully cohesive service.

Salary: £16,271 - £17,363

Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week

Adult Services Bank Support Worker
Flexible hours £7.69 per hour

The Support Worker is a frontline role working directly with clients as part of a team. The Support Worker enables clients to participate in a comprehensive programme of educational, vocational, outreach, leisure and creative activities, and encourages and promotes independence. The nature of the work is very varied, and includes assisting with personal and dietary care, dealing with challenging behaviour, and offering 1:1 support as appropriate. Bank staff have flexible contracts and work as agreed between NANSA and the individual, to cover staff absences and additional times of need.
