NANSA School for Parents

The NANSA School for Parents focuses on pre-school learning for the under-fives with motor disabilities.

We use an approach inspired by principles of Conductive Education to teach parents and carers the essential skills needed to promote gross and fine motor development, muscle tone , control and , flexibility and develop their child’s social and cognitive skills.

Our small group sizes enable us to take into account group dynamics whilst also focusing on individual needs. Our team teaches strategies that can be used at home, and will help families and carers refine these strategies until you find the best fit for you and your child.

Activities are delivered in a fun and stimulating way, accompanied by songs and rhymes which help children to comprehend, predict and prepare for transitions to new activities and also to help the child develop consciousness of their own actions, movements and experiences.
