Stressbusters

Stressbusters are a series of monthly information sessions on a wide range of subjects, including epilepsy, education and cranio-sacral therapy, as well as more light-hearted events on colour and image, massage and alternative therapies.

All sessions are planned to either inform, entertain or generally act as a stress-relieving taster session for parents of children with disabilities.  As generous support for Stressbusters has been received from Scope Central & East’s Partnership Committee, sessions are currently free of charge.  However, there may be a small fee for a creche place, or, where appropriate, for lunch.
