The Org Chart

Nansa’s organisational chart (Org Chart) is a visual diagram that shows the people-structure of the charity, it illustrates: Hierarchy – who reports to whom; Roles and responsibilities – the main positions and functions in the organisation; and Relationships – how departments, teams, or individuals are connected. In short, it’s a map of an Nansa’s structure that helps people understand reporting lines, and where they sit within the bigger picture.
